In situations where your policy does not allow for direct payment to us, you will be required to cover the full service cost. Any reimbursements from your insurance will be returned to you, the insured member, either through a cheque or direct deposit, depending on your arrangement with your insurer.

After your initial submission, your information will be securely stored in our system, allowing us to facilitate direct billing for future appointments without needing repeated submissions.
Important: Please inform us immediately of any changes to your insurer, plan number, or ID number to ensure seamless direct billing for your appointments.

Direct billing is available exclusively on the day of your appointment. Should you need to file a claim personally, it's crucial that the claim accurately reflects the service rendered. We will issue a receipt detailing the date of service, cost, the name of the practitioner, and their license number for your records.
Please be aware that it is unlawful to file a claim using another person's policy or ID, or for a treatment date when no service was provided. This ensures that all claims are submitted fairly and legally, aligning with insurance policies and regulations.
