Trisha O'Shea,
Registered Massage Therapist

Trisha is diligent in assessing her clients' needs in order to deliver therapeutic treatments to improve each individual’s quality of life by reducing pain, muscular tension, and stress through the use of therapeutic massage.

She will use assessment, palpation and special tests to create a treatment plan that is designed around your specific injury or condition. She uses a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, trigger point, myofascial, and joint mobilizations, and has special training in hot stone, which can be added to treatments.

Trisha excelled in her massage therapy training at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, graduating on the president’s list with a GPA of 4.1, and has experience working with individuals of all ages within a therapeutic clinic setting, as well as within long-term care homes, and a runner and cyclists' clinic.

Before becoming a massage therapist, she spent 4 years teaching yoga and has over 20 years of customer service experience. Working with people to create an inclusive environment for clients to feel safe sharing their needs is at the core of Trisha’s values.

When she isn’t taking care of her clients, Trisha is a wife and mother of 4 who enjoys spending time with family, travelling, and exploring the vast wilderness living in BC has to offer.
